Are your 55 year old kick panels cracked, warped or just look look like they belong in a junk yard? If so, it time to give your interior the upgrade it deserves! We offer quality reproduction kick panels that are made with 0.125″ ABS plastic with a haircell grain surface to resemble the panels produced by Ford and Mercury in the early 1960’s. The thickness of our panels not only increases the strength, it also resists the panels from buckling once the fasteners are tightened. Nothing is worse than seeing kick panels secured so tight, that the kick panels crack or buckle around the fasteners.  That is why we have gone the extra mile to offer kick panels that are significantly stronger than anything that has ever been offered before. Just ask our customers how they feel about their new Rhino Fabrication kick panels.

  • The RF100B is year specific and is trimmed to better fit the contour design of the lower metal dash assembly.  This is not a one size fits all panel. The 1960-1963 (RF100A) panels are quite different from the RF100B.
  •  If you own a 1964-1965 model year why would you purchase a panel designed for a 1960-1963?  They are quite different! Rhino has done the work to minimize the trimming required when installing your new panels.
  • Manufactured from heavier material stock to increase rigidity and durability.
  • Lower curved tab added just above the sill plate location. This formed tab helps to minimize the unsightly void between the kick panel and the vertical side wall when panel is mounted.
  • Because many of our customers have converted their 1964 fuse block location from the side wall to another location we purposely have deleted the rectangular notch to facilitate that fuse block. We have embossed the rectangular cutout on the back of the panel should you wish to cut this out for your stock application. This delete allows customers to retain a cleaner install.

  • If you have added sound mat or altered the floor height of your vehicle you may need to trim the lower floor and toe board edges of your panels.
  • Slight trimming is still required at the top of the panels to fit the upper tabs into the wind lace.
  • The haircell grain exterior finish will accept color change if you decide to match the interior of your vehicle. For best results, visit our ABS Color change page by clicking on the button below. We have provided you with the key elements to achieve success in changing the color of your new kick panels!
